– In Game 1, Ryan Shirley pitched 3.2 innings, gave up just one hit, one walk and struck out five. Zack Hartmann finished up with 1.1 innings and two strikeouts. Adam Ratkus led the Bobcats with four hits, including three singles. Ryan Shirley hit a triple and a single and Zack Hartmann added two singles.
– In Game 2, Dakota Sunday pitched 3.1 innings for the win, with four Ks, no walks and just two hits. Devin Burkhart closed, giving up one run in 1.2 innings and he hit two singles. Dakota Sunday hit a home run and a double, and Kyle McConnell hit a homer and a single.
Homer-Center 13, Northern Cambria 2 (5 innings)
– Matt Alexander led the Wildcats with three hits and three RBIs. Corey Cavalier, Nate Davis, Tim Alcon and Nate Faris drove in two runs each. Canyon Rankin pitched four innings, giving up four hits and two earned runs to pick up the win.
Richie Wiewiora led Northern Cambria with two hits.
Homer-Center improved to 9-1 in the Heritage Conference and stayed ahead of Blairsville (9-2) by a half game.

– Alli Shondelmyer struck out six batters and walked only two in Blairsville’s win. Sid McCully hit two doubles and Nicole Himes hit one for the winners.

TENNIS
The Indiana high boys tennis team moved into the WPIAL Semi-Finals with a 3-2 win over Hopewell yesterday in a quarterfinal match up. The Indians will play Quaker Valley today at 3:30 p.m. at Sewickley Academy.
