Meadville high school Twitter and the Meadville Tribune reports Armoni Foster, a 6-2, first-team all-state guard, has committed to IUP and will play men’s basketball for the Crimson Hawks.
Foster averaged 28 points per-game this year and has tallied 1,777 in his career.
