Two people were injured yesterday afternoon in a crash on West Philadelphia Street in Armagh. State police say James Decker of New Florence attempted to make a left turn but failed to see Ashley Morgan of Armagh coming the other way and the two collided. Both drivers suffered unspecified injuries.
