Indiana Borough Police have reported a string of thefts from vehicles over the last 24 hours.
The first incident was in the 700 block of South Street, when someone took a few dollars in change and a brown woman’s handbag between 4:00 PM on April 4th and 1:00 PM on April 5th.
The second was in the 900 block of Wayne Avenue between 10 AM on April 4th and 10:14 on the 5th. This time, just a few dollars in change was taken from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Wayne Avenue.
The third incident reported was between 8:45 PM on April 5th and 7:11 this morning, as someone entered a vehicle in the 600 block of Locust Street and took a black bi-fold leather wallet and a red drawstring bag.
