HOWARD JAY HENRY, AGE 75 OF INDIANA, DIED JAN.7, 2016 WHILE AT UPMC PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL. Friends of Howard Henry will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home in Indiana, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 4 p.m. in the Lefdahl Chapel.
