Buddy D. Stewart, age 86 of Indiana, died on Wednesday, March
29, 2017 at Beacon Ridge Nursing Home.
He was born in 1931 in Indiana to Harry and Hazel (Fyock)
Stewart.
Mr. Stewart was a life-member of both the VFW Post 1989 and
of the Indiana Volunteer Fire Company as well as a member of
the Indiana Elks.
Bud enlisted in the US Army and fought in the Korean War.
He was a road foreman for Penn Dot for 17 years and then
worked for 23 years for Peoples Natural Gas.
Bud enjoyed spending time with his two loving daughters.
He also enjoyed all sports, and was an avid blackjack player.
He is survived by two daughters – Diane B. Sawyer and husband
David, Indiana, and Debra A. Stewart, Boston; a sister – Jane
George, Indiana; and a brother – William Stewart, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris, a sister, Mabel
Kohler, and a brother, Charles Stewart.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 4th, 2017 from
11am-2pm at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana.
Private burial will follow at the Oakland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Indiana
Volunteer Fire Association, 1555 Indian Springs Road, Indiana,
PA, or to a charity of one’s choice.

Pennsylvania is one of fifteen states that does not require any form of identification in order to vote. Meanwhile, eight states require photo ID in order to vote with no exceptions. What should Pennsylvania do?
Keep it the way it is. No ID of any kind required.
Some sort of ID required
Photo ID, with exceptions for religious purposes
Strict photo ID, no exceptions
