The Pirates lost their final exhibition game of the spring, 6-4, to the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday.
Pittsburgh scored three runs in the fifth inning to tie the score at 4-4, but the Pirates gave up runs in the sixth and seventh innings.
Tyler Glasnow surrendered three runs in the innings and was saddled with his first loss of the spring.
The Pirates open the season Monday afternoon in Boston.
