IUP spring football practice begins today with Paul Tortorella taking over as head coach after 22 years as an assistant and associate head coach.
Tortorella replaces Curt Cignetti, who left for Elon University after five successful years at IUP.
Spring ball will conclude with a “spring game” Friday night, April 21st, at 7 p.m.
