IUP’s Council of Trustees met at the Punxsutawney campus for their quarterly meeting and they approved revisions to the Long Range Facilities Master Plan for the Indiana Campus
IUP President Michael Driscoll said the changes will reflect current campus conditions moving forward. He also said that the biggest part of the plan right now is the new sciences building, but after that, they are looking forward to an academic commons building in the area of Foster Dining Hall.
In other business, Driscoll talked about IUP’s “Budget Reset” that effectively rolls back the expenditure levels to 2014-2015 levels. He said that so far, their budget reset plan is working well, and they look to have a balanced budget for this year and next year.
