Lee H. Hoover, 77, of Black Lick, PA passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at UPMC West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.
The son of John and Lula (Craft) Hoover, he was born March 4, 1939 in Sykesville, PA.
Mr. Hoover owned Hoover’s Market, Black Lick for many years. He also worked as a butcher for Runzo’s, Shop n’ Save, A & P and Tate’s Supermarket in Clymer.
Surviving are three children, Brenda Volk (Bob) of Josephine; Cindy Rensko (Tommy) of Seward and Ron Hoover (Susan) of Robinson; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and a brother, Blaine Hoover of Buffalo, NY.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Charlotte M. (Campbell) Hoover in 2009; three brothers, John, Raymond and Rodney and a sister, Helen Deemer.
There will be no visitation or service.

Voter ID
Pennsylvania is one of fifteen states that does not require any form of identification in order to vote. Meanwhile, eight states require photo ID in order to vote with no exceptions. What should Pennsylvania do?
Keep it the way it is. No ID of any kind required.
Some sort of ID required
Photo ID, with exceptions for religious purposes
Strict photo ID, no exceptions
