Lynette R. Clawson age 35 of Indiana, died Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center after a two year battle with ovarian cancer.
She was born in 1981 in Greenville to Ron and Betty Maxwell O’Hearn.
Lynette attended the Grace United Methodist Church, Indiana, where she attended Bible study.
Lynette was a full-time wife and mother until she began her medical career. She enjoyed attending her children’s various school activities and sports. She also enjoyed family gatherings and barbeques.
She was a graduate of Cambria-Rowe Business College with a certification as Medical Assistant and Medical Billing Coding. She was employed at Armstrong Co. Hospital and at the Indiana Regional Medical Center for Dr. James Nesper.
She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Brian R. Clawson, Indiana; two children, Chase C. Clawson, Indiana; Charity C. Clawson, Indiana; her mother and father of Indiana; five sisters and one brother, Jason Lawer, Clymer; Sherri Lewis, MI; Jeannie Schneider, Jamestown; Laura Lefler, MI; Tina Omcikus, Ligonier; Wendy Helman, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Bob and Mary Maxwell, and by a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Clawson.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. with Pastor Kathy Mihoerck officiating. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
