Recently named IUP football coach Paul Tortorella is looking for an offensive coordinator after Marty Higgins announced over the weekend has is leaving to accept the offensive coordinator job at Northern Michigan University.
Higgins has been at IUP for two years. The IUP team also needs a receivers coach.
