The District 6 playoff basketball pairings have been released, with the first games taking place on Monday, Feb. 20. Higher-seeded teams will serves as hosts in the first round, unlike past years when first-round games took place at neutral sites.
Among the early matchups are some Heritage Conference rivalries, including Purchase Line at Penns Manor (Girls AA) on Monday, Blairsville at United (Boys AA) on Tuesday, Blairsville at Homer Center (Girls AA) on Wednesday and Penns Manor at Purchase Line (Girls AA) on Thursday. All games are 7 pm starts.
