Robert F. Carson, 58, of Indiana, died on Monday, January 16, 2017, at his home.
He was born in 1958 in Latrobe to Ronald F. and Mary Jo Ward Carson.
Robert was a member of Graystone Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Indiana, where he had served as Deacon.
He attended the Kiski Prep School in Saltsburg and graduated from Indiana High School. He was a graduate of IUP where he majored in Business Administration.
He was employed by Carson Engineers in Indiana.
He is survived by his parents of Indiana; one son, Paul Carson and wife Ally, Durango, NM; one grandson Rowan James Carson, NM; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Ruth Ward, paternal grandparents, Forest and Genevieve Carson.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 9 to 10 A.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 A.M. at the Graystone Presbyterian Church, Indiana, with the Rev. Richard Hurley officiating. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to a luncheon in the church’s Gathering Place following the service.
