The Pittsburgh Penguins got back on the winning track with a 3-2 Overtime win over the Arizona Coyotes in Phoenix.
Clayton Keller got the scoring started for the Coyotes in the first period. In the second, the Pens took over with Jusso Riikola and Jake Guentzel scoring to give the pens a 2-1 lead. In the third, Derek Stephan scored the game-tying goal to send the game to overtime. At the 4:10 mark of the extra session, Phil Kessel closed the game out with a goal from Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin. Matt Murray stopped 31 of 33 shots en route to the victory.
The Pens play the second half of a back-to-back set as they head to Las Vegas to take on the Golden Knights. You can hear the game on U-92.5 FM and the U-92.5 Sports Channel starting at 9:00 PM with the pre-game show.
